An internal tool for Microsoft Commercial employees to explore alternative roles/career paths & get AI-generated purpose statements to carry right into career discussions or a LinkedIn headline. I steered the project from ambiguous requirements to a validated, build-ready solution through concept validation research & tight agile milestone planning.
