GoToMeeting, reimagined
At Citrix / LogMeIn, I worked on apps that millions relied on monthly to connect with each other - for work, school, or personal reasons. I started as 1 of 2 designers responsible for our primary Windows & Mac apps, landed a major UX refresh for that audience, then extended the experience to newer form factors - so a meeting felt seamless no matter how you or your attendees joined.
Rolling out change at scale
Disruption-free upgrade
Redesigning an app is one thing; changing it under millions of active users is another. I designed the communication strategy around the refresh - an awareness campaign before the upgrade & in-product onboarding after it - so no one's meeting was disrupted by surprise.
GoToMeeting web app
Instant, download-free meetings
To grow our footprint beyond installed software, I became the solo designer for the browser-based Web App - designing everything from first-run onboarding to in-meeting support, so attendees could join without downloading a thing.

0 → 1 platform expansion
When we decided to launch a new hardware app to complete the platform, I led the design work - bringing the meeting experience to shared room displays with schedules, one-tap starts, & local screen sharing.
Identity, refreshed & reimagined
Brand & delight uplifts
First, a visual refresh I landed while we were still Citrix: creating sign-in variations across the product family & prototyping the pages precisely in HTML & CSS for a performant, polished experience.
Then, after our acquisition by LogMeIn, I reimagined identity management end to end - bringing it up to speed with a new visual direction & robust account management features.
The craft behind the screens
Building for a large global audience taught me the weight of every tiny detail - personas built alongside real customers & rollout strategy grounded in research. That work kept improving an already industry-leading NPS.
